Honey and Clover by Chica Umino: this manga series of 10 volumes is a bittersweet tale of friendship and love, art and human relations. I love it so much.

Holy cow by David Duchovny: it seems that the only person who liked this book is me. I don’t care.

Books on my TBR:

It seems that The Hanged Man is the first in a series that is incomplete.

A Game of Booksathon TBR

Hello readers! Everything comes to an end, and even (the tv show, we haven’t hope for the last two books) is finished.

After the drama and the disaster of the 8th season, I chose House Tyrell. They were always my favourite along with the Stark, and I miss Olenna Tyrell so much.

I will read Fantasy, Horror, Middle Grade and Historical fiction books.

And for Round 3, I will try to read A Clash of Kings (in Italian) in the rest of the year. Hope it’s not as disappointing as the Tv show.

Few are chosen by Storm Grant: an M/M fantasy book full of dark humour. Love it.

Flights and chimes and mysterious times by Emma Trevayne: this is one of the best Steampunk books I ever read. And the cover is a piece of art.

What are you thinking of these books? Have you read some of them? Recommendations?

Here are my fave books:

I didn’t have a lot of books with the letter E! O___O

Emma (Victorian Romance Emma) by Kaoru Mori: a lovely and delicate manga about a British maid and her love for the son of a wealthy family. I watched all the anime series, and it’s one of my fave.

Excel Saga by Koshi Rikudo: I didn’t finish the manga series, but the anime was hilarious!

Empath by S. Usher Evans: a 5 star rating fantasy that I received through a giveaway. It’s very underrated, and it’s a shame.

To Be Read books:

Eyes Like Stars  –  Eric  –  Edison: The mystery of the missing mouse treasure

I leave you the OST of Emma. Isn’t it beautiful?

The ABC bookchallenge (A)

My memorable books:

Boo by Neil Smith: I can’t recommend this book more. I cry a lot reading it, it’s so sad and heartbreaking, and I saw myself a lot in the MC. It became one of my all time fave.

Bride of the water god by Mi-Kyung Yun: this is a manhwa, a korean manga and it’s just beautiful, it seems a piece of art. Sad and melancholic love story.

Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji by Yana Toboso: it seems that I’ve read a lot of manga/mahnwa with the letter B! A couple of years ago I was totally obsessed with Kuroshitsuji, I cosplayed a lot of characters from it, including Ciel.

Beauty and Beastly by Melanie Karsak: the first review posted on my blog! Love this retelling!

My TBR Books:

Bite Me, by Christopher Moore: oh, look, a Moore’s book, how surprising! I love his books, so Bite Me is on my TBR.

Bellman & Black, by Diane Setterfield: I never read The thirteenth tale, but I like the black cover and the gothic atmosphere.

The bear who wouldn’t leave, by J. H Moncrieff: it seems that I have a lot of horror books on my TBR. I’m sorry.

Barnabas Tew and the case of the missing scarab, by Columbkill Noonan: I love mysteries books, and the cover has catch my attention.

See you soon for the next letter!

Amabili Resti (The Lovely Bones) by Alice Sebold: I cried a lot with this book, and I cried a lot during the movie, expecially for the relationship between Susie and her father. I loan to my father, and he cried too. One of my fave books of all the time.

American Gods by Neil Gaiman: I admit it: american gods it’s not an easy book, and it’s not for everyone. My father didn’t finish it, but I loved it. I watched only the first 2 episode of the Tv series.

Acne, asthma and other signs you might be half dragon by Rena Rocford: I love books with long and extravagant titles!! This was an ARC of some years ago, but I still remember the title very well.

TBR books:

Archangel’s kiss by Anna Santos: I found it on Amazon for free, and I love the cover. Hope it’s good.

All’anima della musica (Soul Music) by Terry Pratchett: another book in the Discworld series! Unfortunately, they’ve translated in italian only 10/12 books.

And the trees crept in by Dawn Kurtagich: the cover is really fascinating, but it seems that the Goodreads rating is low. Have you read it?

Allegedly by Tiffany D. Jackson: I tried to not post only horror books in this section! But I only hear positive things about Allegedly, and it has an high rating on GR!

What do you think? Have you read it some of this books?
